"Travelled for the business juni 2016. we had breakfast. it was okay. eat, price, service in average. both commands were grounded. it took 10 minutes before getting coffee. outside the sitting area is beautiful but there is a constant repulsive smell caused by the...paper factory, which a few miles/KM away. in the interior of the restaurant is modern and clean. will I have called back? not sure. I have not seen so many other restaurant in la tuque that I want. it was a w e r a g e. on each aspekt."

"It's a little difficult to give a proper full-time rating for this restaurant because it varies highly from trip to trip. Here's the thing: it's the only Tim's in La Tuque center and this is a town that gets non-stop travellers rolling through it. Because of its location to my destinations I usually stop in. Perhaps because of that abundance of drivers it's difficult to keep good staff? I say this because I have had trips where the service was excellent. But, in the last 2 years I've had more bad visits than good. One time I ordered a box of 10 Timbits and only after I was back on the main highway and opened the box did I see and count that there were only 8 inside! A few times the delays in placing and receiving an order were in the 20-30 minute range. So I guess my advice to anyone driving through is to just be wary of the time of your visit (lunch hours are brutal and to double check what you get when you're finally at the window :"
