What Kenn A doesn't like about Queen Creek Cafe Sports Grill:
I went to this restaurant for breakfast. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow, but the staff was friendly. I know that the lack of workers can result in delays. I will return once the staffing problem is resolved and give it another try. In the meantime, I will dine elsewhere. View all feedback.

I have visited several times, mostly on weekdays, and have always been pleased with my experience. The breakfast menu is available late and the service is quick and friendly. The food is hearty and comforting, with reasonable prices. As an Eggs Benedict enthusiast, I can confidently say that they were excellent and perfectly cooked. Lone Spur is a true representation of a classic, down-to-earth restaurant.

LONE STAR CAFE (Previously Queen Creek Cafe) November 11, 2021. So I was in between doctor appointments and decided to grab some breakfast. I noticed that the parking lot was packed and so I thought I would check it out. Well I was very pleasantly surprised!! I love to patronize small businesses over chains. This place is quaint and clean. They are a little under staffed, The new normal.... So you may need to be patient. But the food was delicious. My eggs were perfectly over medium , the potatoes were great. The biscuit and gravy was delicious and I saved half my biscuit and got some strawberry jam! WOW!! It tasted homemade! If it wasn 't then I need to know where they got it because it was the best strawberry jam I think I have ever had! I will absolutely go back and I will bring a friend!! Winner Winner!
Just a heads up. The QC cafe now has the signage for the line spur cafe . It seems like they are still working on the transition. Initially they gave me the order from the table behind me. When my southwest scramble with hash browns and wheat toast arrived everything was as it should be. The hash browns were crispy (the way I prefer), toast was golden brown and lightly buttered. The chorizo scramble needed some hot sauce to add a little pizzazz I am sure I will be back from time to time
Looks like there are two businesses at this location. The cafe and the sports bar. We visited the cafe for lunch. I ordered the chicken fried steak melt. Wife ordered the chili burger. In my mind, I was fantasizing a thick and crispy chicken fried steak. I was highly disappointed. Not their fault, just my expectations. Even though the melt was decent, I was expecting more. I also had the chili cheese fries. They are proud of their fries, it's a home cut fries. It's ok, not a big deal. Wife was ok with her chili burger. Even though everyone was very nice. Our service wasn't the best. I wanted a water with a lemon. Just received a water. Ordered a cup of chili only. Received chili cheese fries. Both of our chili were a little cold. We are still willing to give this place another try. Since we like to spend our money with the local businesses.
