Didn't want to drive all the way to downtown Gilbert tonight for BBQ. Glad I was lazy because we were super satisfied with our BBQ options here. Full order of Brisket and Ribs were devoured. Sausages were good but we may try something else next time. Beans and mac'n'cheese were yummy. Really love how the sauces and condiments are individually packed. What Vik Andrade doesn't like about Woodbarn Bbq:
IMO their brisket tastes like a chuck roast made in a crockpot with liquid smoke. The sodium content is high with an artificial/ chemical taste. Their brisket is much, much lower quality compared to the new nearby competitor. This establishment is not real bbq. Just how a McRib from McDonalds is not real bbq. View all feedback.

This was really good barbecue! The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. They do have an outdoor patio and seating inside. There wasn't a whole lot of seating inside though. I really enjoyed the Chili Mac. The staff was very helpful in getting us a better price for a large family. We will be back! Thank you!Kid-friendliness: The kids ate really well!
Best bbq around. Everytime I eat here. I never leave disappointed. Everything from the smoked brisket to the pickles (must be homemade! Is fantastic!
Phenomenal BBQ! They don't mess around! home made sides, home made sauce and all delicious. And where can you go and get a lunch special like that for that price, unbelievable. Keep it up WoodBarn!#best coleslaw ever!
The best bbq I have found in Arizona. We’ve had Joes and Caldwell, but the brisket, pork and sides were amazing. Delicious and great quality!
