It's a good spot for good Chinese food. It isn't any gourmet cuisine, but it is tasty. If you enjoy chicken wings then it is definitely a good spot. Unlike other places, Sum Fung gives you big meaty pieces. I usually go for Pork Fried Rice with chicken wings (brings 4pc) when I am unsure of what else to get and it always fills me up.
