What Michelle Stuart doesn't like about Boulevard Fish Chips:
The chicken and sides were very good. My problem was with the red velvet cake. It smelled like fried fish and because of the smell I could not get past it to enjoy the cake. I did take a couple of bites of it and I tasted fish. I don't know whether the wrapping that they used which was Saran wrap was sitting near fish that was frying or they use fish Grease which I pray to goodness that they did; not whatever the cas...
