I am a long time dunkin customer and visiting this location all the time. Service level is on and off, however I had a great experience today. Visited with my two boys to get some ice cream and donut. Manager name Shana remembered service complaint from last visit and showung sincere apology and made my kids enoyable ice cream and donut day.
