What Nisha F likes about I-ce-ny:
A lovely little rolled ice cream spot. They have a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from or you have the option to choose from pre-selected combinations. We ordered the cookie spree which is sweet cream ice cream with Oreo and cookie crisps and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Next time I come, I 'd love to try the Biscoff cookie butter combination. Got the boba tea one. Didn’t taste like boba tea at all, just vanilla. It’s to go only and they won’t even give you a lid. Not a soul in the shop as well while everything else was super busy. View all feedback.
