Ma Kin Thai - Queens

The food was great we got the appetizer combo and pineapple fried rice which was amazing. The noodles were excellent. The Thai iced tea was very delicious. The service was great and attentive.

Came here just to try something new. If you are to come here order your normal popular thai dishes. We ordered pad kee mao with crispy pork, was pretty good and tasty. The Thai basil eggplant didn't really have much eggplant mostly onions, sting beans andpork. The soft shell crab did not taste fresh and was super sweet and came with mostly vegetables.

I ordered from here three times and each time I wasn't disappointed well, the 3rd time I was a little disappointed because they were being cheap with the mangos ???? for the mango sticky rice which is delicious. I highly recommend it. I also had thepineapple fried rice, curry puff, and shrimp pad thai. The food is delicious.

Order one red curry and one green curry, to be honest, I can say that I?ve had much better Thai curry from other restaurants. Their curry was more like water, neither had thickness nor flavor : also so much oil in curry. This was my personal opinion,however my girl thought it was really yummy!

My girlfriend and I were in the area (far from home) and stopped in here because of the great reviews of authentic flavors, good service and portions. We must agree with what everyone else is saying, Ma Kin serves up delicious curries, eggplant, fried riceand very interesting and creative appetizers including one shrimp, pork and mushroom dumpling which the chef offered us a sampleof. Thank you! They were delicious and looked as good as they tasted. Next time we are in the area we'd love to sit and exploremore of the great looking menu, and confidently venture from curry and fried rice with the guidance of the friendly and skilledstaff at Ma Kin.
