I mean...It's a McDonald's, right?So, food is good. Fries are awesome. It doesn't take that long, even though it's always full-ish.When we order online on Uber Eats, they always get something wrong. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
2 clock pickup experience at a week night: they roll up and the place is full of people standing around and waiting for their commands. they order over the kiosk and they are made of paper so that they can not print them in for their order. they wait for 25 minutes to forget their order. the order board has literally dozens of pay on it, but no one seems to get their order. after a total of 30 minutes of standing they will finally get their order. the pommes are cold, although they just come out of the frittier. at least nobody started a fight and none of the beggars on myrtle did not come in and started a scene.
Fresh food fast service. Absolutely nothing to complain, but I must say that they have to do a better job on the following instructions, because I did not request pickles or onions in my food, but I found myself taking them by hand during the meal. And everything else is perfect!

Had a terrible experience during the very early morning hours where I went to order. Ordered from the kiosk inside. I stood by the counter for about 20 minutes and no one approached me nor asked me if I needed assistance. So I decide to ask one of the employees crossing by about my order and she quickly looks at me and then continues on her way without providing assistance nor answering? so after another 10 minutes and still no food I decide to request the manager and get refund to leave. Well instead of getting refund, the manager calls another employee who is a male this time to process the refund. The kiosk didn?t provide receipt as I order for in store, or maybe it had no ink. The mentioned employee proceeds to charge me another order supposedly to process the refund. The end result, I ended with no food and charged twice of which only one refund came back. Horrendous experience and a shame by the way management handled it! Not to mention the fact that they kept my paid order and money!

The fries are kind of cold despite them just coming out of the fryer. At least no one started a fight and none of the beggars on myrtle didn't come in and start a scene.
It's a good McDonald's. Food is fresh, service is quick. Only one drawback, smells like urine... ????
