They couldn’t tell if patties were spicy or not. If you don’t think your food is worthy of even trying to see what it tastes like, isn’t that a loud message sent to the customer? Unfriendly; unprofessional, window glass vapor makes it impossible to see what food lies behind, sketchy looking spot overall.
