Unfortunately, the chicken in my Tikka Masala was cold, which really put me off. I politely mentioned this to my server, who was very kind, and he took my plate away. However, he returned it to me after microwaving it. I didn’t notice the difference at first, but it became apparent later that the sauce had a different consistency after being heated.
