We brought an out of town visitor to one of our absolute favourite Bubble tea shops, Sago Togo. It's a family owned Filipino Bubble tea shop in New Westminster that makes Bubble teas and Bubble waffles in all sorts of wonderful flavors. Worst Halo Halo I’ve tried in my life. I saw it in tik tok and I drove all the way from Vancouver and I got really disappointed, they put mostly shave ice in the cup and just a minimum of condense milk, ube, flan, and of everything.
