"Amazing. The pizza base is fantastic. I would eat it without toppings it's that good. The sauce though. The sauce is unbelievable. Fresh amazing tomatoes. "Best steak I have ever had..melted in my mouth and no waste. My partner had fish pie which was equally amazing. Staff were extremely attentive and explained the menu thoroughly. Lots of their produce grown in their backyard. Would definitely go back. Thanks for a great night."

"What a charming little space , very cute and staff friendly . I will say the menu is not the largest I’ve ever seen but with that comes the perfection of what they do they do brilliantly.<br/>Started with the bread , warm fresh and crusty . Highlights were by far the ravioli special with a pumpkin purée base , gnocchi with beef Ragu and crispy potatoes which were extremely crispy! Would recommend and return ."

"I love to sit back with good company, wine and food. At Merne we had excellent service, share plates that were different and very tasty and a view. The menu has variety, and each dish had amazing sauces. We had a long lunch; plenty of time to chat and enjoy. No rushing here!!!!"
