What Brad Porter doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Brutal service inside. Two young guys seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The drive thru had all the strong employees working it. Maybe you could balance your teams a bit better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.

There's a Indian lady in there that is severely rude to any customer. She acts like it's a burden to do the job that she applied for and gets paid for. I had a problem with the tims app not redeeming my points, and she said she doesn't care, Either pay or leave. when we asked her to look at the app, she said she doesn't care about the app how do you want to pay. Every other worker Is really nice tho. If you get the Indian lady ask for another worker Service: Take out
We usually visit this Tim 's every day when I 'm done work, and it 's usually fine, but I can 't let what happened today slide. We encountered an incredibly rude staff member in the drive-thru today. When he asked if he could take our order, my husband looked at me so I could tell him what I wanted, and by the time I finished saying medium strawberry frozen lemonade, this employee, Brent, came through the speaker with the rudest Hellooooo, can I take your order?! that I have ever heard in my life. My husband understandably got frustrated, and asked if he could look at the menu for a second. He did use a rude word (he 's a millwright so it 's second nature), and we were told to drive up. The manager, Ruth, was at the window, more than happy to look down at us condescendingly, never mind how rude her employee had just been to us for no reason whatsoever. My husband asked for both their names, wished them a good day, and we drove away. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Tim Hortons, and not to say incredibly unprofessional on both of their parts.
