"The restaurant is located in an amazing location on a hill with views of strahan with magnificent views over the harbour. we prefer to avoid buffets, but we wanted to taste some tasmanic meeresfruit and we were very happy that we tried. there was a good choice of cold and hot food and it was all very well prepared and presented. we especially liked the ozean trout and the Thai seafood salad. we were a little disappointed by the desserts (a small gland and unimaginatiw) and we thought it should have been a cheeseboard with tasmanic cheese."

"The coffee and hot chocolate were nice! Cajun chicken sandwich and Chipotle chicken pita were awesome. This cafe located in a small town of Strahan is a must visit cafe! The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"We ended up here through Tripadvisor, because on the side you see it's a motel. You have to walk around the corner, actually enter the entrance (reception) of the motel. Staff are friendly, food is served fairly quickly and is more than enough. We ordered the beef and reef. Medium, this could have been a little redder, it was just a little too well done, but it tasted fine. We wanted to eat something other than pizza and really recommend Maloneys Restaurant."
