What moodyfoodie likes about Gulliver's Of San Francisco:
This place is the epitome of understated. Housed in a hotel that looks like it was straight from the 80s, the restaurants decor makes me feel like I'm in an old English tavern. It felt oddly romantic though, with the dim lights and candles. Ordered a petit prime rib and it is probably the best I've ever tasted, much better than those in England even! It's not cheap at 895P but in my opinion, worth the money. The beef... View all feedback.
