A pleasant surprise. We weren't expecting much but the meals we had satisfied our craving for good food priced right. We enjoyed their pork and chive dumplings, chicken and ginger dumplings, and green tea taho. The taho had the right sweetness and a different in a good way taste. There were only two servers but they were attentive to our needs and as efficient as they could be. We were so pleased with them that we ha... View all feedback.
What I can say about the place is that it’s what you would expect in a typical Chinese family restaurant (King Bee, David’s Teahouse, Yang Chow, etc. , to some extent. But it would be more proper to compare it with Le Ching’s: fast, belly-filling and affordable. Make sure to try out their signature Dry Noodles as you won't usually see them in other Chinese Restos. They have a variety of options in their menu so don't make the same mistake we made where we only ordered all noodles lol! Sad to see that its Marcos Hiway branch close but good thing their Tomas Morato branch is still kicking. For more, proceed to TheFoodieGeek.net!
One of the most authentic hand pulled noodle resto I've tasted in the Metro. Love how their noodles are freshly made and cooked al dente style. Their serving can be stretched to 2 if you don't have a huge appetite. Their menu also boasts of other best selling dishes including their delicious Olive Fried Rice and French beans with minced pork. For appetizers, try their siomai and gyoza.
Everything was legit! A strong remark from my dad. I was searching for a Chinese restaurant and this was the closest in the area that we haven 't even tried yet. Plus the curiosity abt hand-pulled noodles was a factor. Well we ordered....a bit of everything? Just check the photos. But, yah, we (they, since this is my bonus treat for fam) really enjoyed every thing here including our stay since it 's very quiet and neat.
I love the simplicity of this restaurant , what you see is what you get : if you like hand pulled noodles I think this is the right place for you , it's affordable and the food is true to taste and flavor , their dimsum selection is also superb ! my favorite is the vegetable stir fried noodles and fried curry dumplings , they're heaven :
I'm not such a big fan of their beef soup base but their chicken soup bases are heavenly. For dimsum, I recommend the curry beef dimsum (which isn't spicy but flavors burst in your mouth when you bite it) and pork and chives dimsum (the chives remove the malansa flavor of the pork and freshens it up). For dessert, the chilled green tea taho is a definite must try!
