"To get to this island, you need to take a boat from Concepcion main land. This is a good place to swim but be careful with some sea stuffs. I was stung by something and left a small burn on my skin. During low tide, the sandbar is very long and it's nice to take a stroll. You can stay overnight on the cottages in the island. You only need to buy the fresh water that you will be using for washing ang taking a bath. You can also try island hopping to visit the other islands nearby."
