The year is just starting but this is already the 2nd time for me eating at Jay-J's. 1st time was with hubby at Greenhills branch. This time with a bunch of the family My special request is their laing which I loved from my first visit. Their laing has similar taste to when you cook crabs with kangkong. Very yummy, can't get enough of it I suggested not to order their lechon kawali coz in our experience at the Greenh... View all feedback.
What Terence Donnelly doesn't like about Jay J's:
number of times visited: once parking: available eating: ordinary filipino fare. we've been ordering laing and dinuguan. It's not bad, but it's okay. the servings are very tiny, although price: the cost for the portions are very low. service: contempt, we went to a time when there are not many diners location: they have a relatiw large parking space and a large it area (in the interior) repeat: probably not how eatin... Garlic Chicken, Sinigang na Salmon Belly, Grilled Pusit, Kare Kare, and Sisig all taste delicious. I only wish there were more bellies in the sinigang and less the veggies. Ambiance is okay, its good for enjoying beer with friends. Service was fast.
The place is great. The atmosphere is great for a get together. That is a plus for them. As for their food, pretty decent, though I was satisfied when I tried their soup and their kare-kare. It was deliciously cooked. I enjoyed every bit of their food. The price is also decent, so for people who are bored or just want to fill your tummy with Filipino-style food, this place is for you and your groupies.

We had a hard time finding a restaurant yesterday, November 1st, since it was a holiday so we settled dining in here for the night. It was my second time trying out the branch and my expectations were not that high. The Jay J's chicken was bland and the steamed vegetables was a regretful order. Although, the adobo rice and relyenong bangus were both satisfyingly good. An A+ for the very fast and accommodating service!
