The atmosphere at Pho Hoa is decently designed but could use some improvements with brighter lights and wall paint. The food, especially the soupy noodles, was delicious and unique, with the mango crepe with ice cream standing out as a particularly tasty dessert. While the prices were slightly on the expensive side, they were still reasonable compared to other options in the area. Despite some shortcomings, this restaurant is a nice place to satisfy your hunger and you may find yourself returning for more, generally, Pho Hoa receives a rating of 4 on average.
