4 1/2 stars. I've eaten seafood and fish at this place three times now. It's always excellent and the staff is very efficient. However they are a little unfriendly. But that's okay to me. Really great food is most important to me. Especially you might want to try the steamed grouper fish. It's one of the best tasting grouper fishes I've had in Vietnam.
Very yummy and all staff so kindness very nicenot expensive if i back to Quy Nhon i will back to this restaurent

It have good taste and fresh seafood, the bill is 8$/person
Not a luxurious restaurant but the food is good value for the price
Suitable for group from 3 ppl. Great menu for seafood, rice, beef, etc. Price =100k. Nice and quiet location.
