Best noodles in Boston. The cumin lamb dry hand-pulled noodles are out of this world. The spicy cold starch strips and seitan 凉皮） first picture) are the best I've ever had; the strips are so chewy and slippery. The fish slices with pickled vegetables second picture) are served with a very fragrant oil infused with chilis and Sichuan peppercorn. View all feedback.
