"We stayed at this relay in June 2023 at the time of the beginning of the lavender blossom. The location of the hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Gorges du Verdon is an absolute highlight in Provence. We are happy to leave our factual criticism here: The family room we stayed in was very small and cramped. The beds were extremely bad (cheap mattresses! . Added to this was the traffic noise at night. The windows are directly to the street. In both rooms it smelled musty, ailing and stale. The large garden invited you to linger and discover. Unfortunately, he seemed unkempt here and there. Breakfast can be taken under parasols on a small terrace. We liked that. The food was okay for a star Relais, but nothing more. We were missing a few items. The international staff at breakfast is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! Unfortunately, the grumpy and extremely unfriendly boss of the house cannot say that. (See his responses to any criticism! An absolute no-go! Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is not right here. Or how do you say it so beautifully? Once and never again ! Rooms: Small, noisy (traffic , musty! Nearby activities: Gorges de Verdon Museum early history"

"We went there the last evening before we went home, and it did not leave a very big impression. The menu card was pretty worn, dirty.. I don't like that .. Lots of choice on the menu, but some of it you will have to order in advance ..(such as ostrich).. We ordered steak, and the meat was pretty good, the polenta that accompanied the steak was dry ... service was average, toilet was clean. As I said, not bad, but not really special either .."
