Food was ok but took a long time to come considering there weren't that many people in the restaurant. The waitress was not very friendly, never checked back on us after bringing our food or offered refills on drinks. Bill was brought as soon as she saw we were done eating without asking if we wanted anything else. No smiles, no thank yous. Bad service all around View all feedback.
Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. I won 't be going back and I 'll be sure to tell everyone I know just how unprofessional the manager was!. I brought my food back in for a refund because the complete order was done wrong. NOT TO MENTION, when I called to place my order, the manager was snappy and told me to order online, so we did just that. The order was made completely wrong and when I went to call back she had turned off the phones so we had to drive into the store to do a return. I waited a good 10 minutes before she even bothered to talk acknowledge me. The restaurant had a whole two tables and I was told on the phone they were too busy to take my order over the phone but she was doing absolutely nothing when I showed up to refund my order. the manager was foul and nasty the whole time Dealing with her. She told me it would take 24hrs to give me a refund. And she had a disgusting attitude. I 've worked service industry lots so I understand how it works and how unprofessional the whole interaction was i then snapped back at her and said if she had time to stand there and do nothing she had time to answer her effin phones and I left. The manager then called me SCREAMING and yelling about 3 minutes after I left the store , so unbelievable unprofessional I 'm so taken back. I recorded her but unfortunately I cannot upload on here). Saying things like "she was older than me and knows more I giggled such an irrelevant comment) how we ate half of the order I told her at the counter that the only thing we ate was the sandwich we had ordered everything else was in the bag) she was mad she refunded me the sandwich back with the rest of the $65 order. I 've never Incounterd such a vile person who managed a resurant and calls customers screaming at them. Not to mention, The veggie sticks were mushie, our wings slimy when u bit into them and also made wrong. I feel so bad for the one poor server she had working, he looked as if he was working his tail off while she stood there !!. I honestly hope that if this is how she plans on operating her business, that they get shut down.. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I was disappointed the other day with the food..The entrées were fantastic.But fish tacos that I ordered where awful. As soon as it was brought to the table there was a strong Fish smell... I only took a small bite and the taste was a bit off. I could not eat it..The waitress was very nice and apologetic. But the manager didn't even bother to come over and ask any questions..I will not be returning anytime soon.
My husband and I decided to try St. Louis Bar and Grill for the first time as it was new to our area and we both love wings. I ordered the 1lb wing with veggie sticks and my husband a cheeseburger and fries. The price of the 1lb wings was $16.89 and when they arrived delivered by the manager as the waitress was busy with another table), I counted 7 of the smallest wings I 'd ever seen on my plate and my husband 's fries were ice cold. We had to wait a good 5 minutes for napkins and cutlery was no where to be found. When the waitress checked in to see how everything was, I expressed my surprise at the lack of wings that they were advertising as a full pound and her response was even more surprising: yeah, they scale back the portions but we 're not allowed to say anything to the customers . I was speechless. I asked for a take out box as neither order was removed from the table or an offer made to resolve the issues, along with the check. I paid my bill $40) and proceeded outside and only then did the manager with an attitude ask my husband how everything was. When he explained that no way was that a pound of wings and that my fries were cold, his response sorry you feel that way and that was it. So, not only did we let the waitress know it was our first AND last, but the manager as well and he re-stated sorry you feel that way . I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment as they are obviously okay with serving less that adequate food at insane prices which wouldn 't be so bad if you actually got what was advertised on the menu!! I will not return and will let everyone I know what a sham this place is!! Save your hard earned money and go somewhere that your business is actually appreciated!!
