What Sheryl H likes about Bison Cafe:
Great little small town cafe. But very busy Buffet is really the only choice when they are busy. We were there in October I think they were short handed but the chicken fried steak and sides were awesome! Oh but surprisingly no Bison Burgers!? Darn really wanted to try one! View all feedback.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting Caprocks. The food was really good. The southwest eggrolls were my favorite.
