I enjoyed a Sunday dinner at the El Rincon de Coyoacan Mexican Restaurant in Quito, Ecuador. I ordered the shrimp and chickens. They came with the basic fajita fortifications, but this is the first Mexican restaurant that Mais Tortilla refills offered. Prices are medium to high for Quito. The food was delicious!
