"A great small bar and restaurant. It’s the perfect place for an extended lunch or early dinner, with great burgers and and excellent fish ‘n chips If you want to try something new and great tasting, try the vegetarian burger. It’s an exquisite burger and even as a non-vegetarian, I prefer it over a normal burger. It’s fantastic Can also recommend the sweet potato fries!"

"Built up by family we were extremely disappointed with the food, service and cold food. Having refused to give us a menu we had to turn away some dishes due to dislikes like beetroot, the fish was cold “ we serve it at room temperature”!!! The duck was covered in beetroot and was tough and tasteless. The service was extremely slow with 15 minutes at least between courses. The Macon wine we chose we live near Macon! was extraordinary and undrinkable, the sommelier advised it was a special variety where the skins are left in for longer…….but to be fair he immediately changed for another wine. We would never return to such an arrogant and poor kitchen, and not cheap……even coming from Switzerland! Optimistic score 2/10"

"Biskopen has a good beer and ale selection, great atmosphere, and friendly bar staff. There are only 2 things that stop it from being 5/5 and that's that the decor is getting a bit tired and it doesn't open before 6pm which can make after work beers problematic, but other than that this place is great and I recommend it."

"I love the mood of this place! the outside area is simply great to sit as beautiful and watch as the people go while a beautiful beer from the great selection. barkeepers are very nice and competent. I would definitely recommend!"

"Excellent bar! Cosy and warm bar with fantastic and helpful staff, ready with drinking suggestions and offers recommendations to visit places. Prices are good considering the mood and quality of cocktails. Stay twice in 1 day as it loved so much, recommend everyone!"
