Evan who took my order was genuinely pleasant with such phenomenal customer service skills. I have gone to quite a few establishments and I'll say his professional and pleasant demeanor was a plus! What Naomi Kunze doesn't like about Arby's:
Me and and my brother ordered 2 -2 for $7 and a burger special w/fries/ soda the lady who took our order wasn't attentive to us while ordering order was wrong gave frozen bread wasn't fresh jalapeños walked away when I approached her just as we're speaking with the manager we then see she was more worried about clocking out than providing customer service that we payed for !! "If I had the option I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! Bartender was clearly drunk and HIGH serving customers yelling and screaming at them about orders she put out wrong even the cook told her she doesn’t know what she’s doing this would be a better establishment if they don’t hire junkies the wings were not good or done all the way !!!"

"Lovely restaurant with an enjoyable enterior. It gives a retro vibe with a modern twist. The food is amazing, especially their custard. They have a monthly switch of flavors and they are always amazing. Even if you haven’t tried custard, go ahead it’s worth it. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to the needs of customers. I have never ran into any issues here and I see myself as a frequent customer here. If this restaurant is not a convenient area for your location, try their sister restaurant “Dogs and Cream.” Same delicious food, same amazing service, just a different retro style. It’s the best fast-food restaurant. I’d even call it gourmet.Kid-friendliness: They have a section in the restaurant with those 25 cents games, including stickers, candy, etc. In the back, they have vending machines that keep parents in watch of the children while also not being bothered by any kids. It’s a smart design choice put to good use."
