I ordered chicken kasha ..but they served paneer item ....it happened multiple times with us .....even they made us wait for 1 hour ...

"1. Accomodation: Very Ordinary. Charged Rs.1600/ plus 12% GST. for an average category room. No bill was given. When asked for a bill, the manager refused to give any bill. He told that the bills are given only to advance booking cases and not on the spot bookings. The manager told us to take a snap of the register, and wrote the details of the booking charges on the photocopy of my Aadhar that I had submitted without even signing on it. We really felt very helpless with such an attitude of the hotel Management. 2. Food was expensive but very average. No variety. Add: GST bill was sent over WhatsApp today at 09:34 hrs. The Owners should look into the careless attitude of the manager, so that the name of the resort is not at stake."
