Horrible customer service by an employee. She was eating a pretzel with her back turned on the phone. The other male employee was taking a customer. My mother was trying to grab the attention of the woman to ask a question and she stays unbothered not moving or responding. The male employee stares at her waiting for a response and we walk off.
