What User likes about Port City Java:
I think PCJ is my favorite coffee shop. Since the places I know are all on campus, I must admit that service is really dependent on which students work when you come there (although sometimes you will spy a manager, and they are usually reliable). I love the Chai steamer, and the Italian soda are surprisingly refreshing. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Port City Java:
There's a guy working here on the afternoons who has a rude way to deal with customers. He is impatient, apathetic and ruins my experience every time. Not sure if he is the manager (safely trying to act like a) but if he is his staff, it does not seem to be a fan of him. View all feedback.

Bad customer service, I didn't have to look at them again for coffee.
