very bad customer service! we all try to learn this new system of using grubhub. I wanted to add some whip cream to my drink and it has not shown me the option...

I wish they didn't use the grubhub. I understand.

I am a senior citizen who loves coffee and coffee shops. I visited this location a few times last year and never had a problem. Friday morning January 20, 2020...
