"Our overall experience was great. We asked to be moved from first table and this request was readily accommodated. I had also lost my earring and it was found and returned to me. Service was great. My only thing about the night was I had mentioned in the reservation that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and that was not brought up at all."

"Went to Mikes for the lunch special...fish sandwich, fries, and hush puppies for $7.50. This is my second visit for the Special on Wednesdays...first visit just a few weeks ago. It is a great value, hearty lunch. The potato wedges are hot and crispy. The beer battered fish sandwich is crunchy and delicious, especially add tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. The hush puppies are definitely the best around. All in all a great lunch. The price for the special had risen to $9.00 but it is still a good deal. The rest of their menu prices has also increased, most items by 3 or 4 dollars. Disappointing but inevitable...and probably to stay for the future, as i have never seen a restaurant reduce prices when inflation settles again."

"PSA: ask them for grilled tofu instead of fried, please. Fried makes the boats a bit dryer, thanks! Lovely place, with the renovations finished it all looks very clean and spacious. Smells like brand new, Always enjoy a meal here, The Terracota boat is out of this world. I wish the desserts weren't so dry: but it's alright,"
