Until the Earth's personnel. The atmosphere is definitely what you expect to come to Ramona. Country Vibe. The staff is friendly and nice. The food is so good! Breakfast is the best! The only thing I can complain is sometimes the males will smoke right in front of the door so you have to go through their smoke to get in. I hate cigarette smoke! Every time I eat in D’carlos, I talk the decor mentally. While a rustic decor is in line with the area... it seems a bit old and outdated. It wouldn't be much... Please consider bringing it to standards, so we will not be embarrassed to bring visits. As for food... It's pretty good nowadays.
