As a whole this is my favorite fast food choice, but the location near Bradshaw and Hwy 50 in Sacramento REGULARLY screws up the order. The people they hire don 't seem to be able to grasp the concept of what a 'custom ' order is, so my 'plain ' baconcheeseburger often has mayo and ketchup, but is missing either the bacon, the cheese, or both. Dirty and employees not very helpful. The place was trashed at 7am one of the workers were cleaning the bathroom and told me I had to ask up front to get the other bathroom opened. I asked the guy behind the counter to open it up and he looked like a deerin headlights. He said someone is cleaning it. I left and spent my money at another fast food place that was clean and not sorude. View all feedback.
