Absolutely excellent!! My 2.5 yr old has had two haircuts at other places and while they were good haircuts, I wasn't thrilled with the stylists doing the cuts. We saw Shelly today and she was just absolutely wonderful with my son. It was the first time he didn't totally get super upset during his haircut, and ended it completely fine! Very unsanitary! Noone washes their hands. The cashier handled money then went and made my smoothie without washing his hands! I also witnessed a staff member spaying cleaning solution over the open bin of ice! After she finished wiping down the countertopshe didn't even wash her hands or change her gloves before making smoothies.
