Little Caesars Pizza - Rancho Cordova

I wish I had a picture of this terrible pizza. At first I put an order for a particularly best filled crust with sausage on it, two Italian cheese bread and bread sticks. They charged me over $6 for the sausage, but I later discovered that it was a lot more. When the first pizza was finished, it was a simple filled crust with hardly any cheese and only sausage on it. I asked the worker how little cheese was there, and she assured me that it was extra cheese, what I told her that it was not very comforting. After they waited long, they made my pizza new. No extra stuff, and when I got another employee to talk to me about it and talk about my reception, I was told that my order was made wrong and nothing was ordered. I was then told if I wanted it, they would get it back, but I would be behind other customers and it would be a while before I got my pizza. I decided they'd put up an extra cheese and heat it up after I was insured they wouldn't burn it. Well, my other food was nice and cold, we were ridiculous for so long, and I just wanted to go. The pizza was terrible. It was burned, had placed a barely noticeable amount of cheese, the crust looked so limp and thin it was like a wet generic frozen pizza. This was among the most disgusting pizzas I ever had, and I went out with a good hour waiting for the privilege to throw it away later. It was so rough that my kids didn't eat it, I just walked and got it McDonald's.

Classical cheese absolutely also not essential look at the picture. Manager! As if you order pizza and get such a pizza. Look at the side of the pizza burned out absurdly. I feel really bad. I never get such a pizza from other places you're bad. Will not recommend anyone to this place. I need my money back.

Manager Rosa was very unprofessional with garbage customer service. I kindly asked her about a remake of pizzas that were made terrible wrong. She was rude and said to bring back the pizza, I said my son was hungry and he already ate some, then she said that, when he ate a slice, she could not refund my money or leaned back. This Lil Cesar is garbage? Yeah.

I highly recommend calling in your order especially on a Friday night, but I have always received a good customer service and food when I always call it at the point

Minimal sauce on any item ordered from this location. Also, getting my order placed takes extremely longer than usual, with one worker at the register, most of the crew talking to each other, gossiping or telling stories . All while making eye contact with the line of waiting customers as well as within range of hearing them from the front counter.
