Great service and best chain Boba in my opinion and I've tried a lot! My favorite is the Tigers Milk but I have yet to try a bad flavor. I love how it's located at the entrance of Haven City Market. Customer service is terrible!The girl made my drinks wrong and before paying I asked her if what I was requesting was right because on the screen I could see the wrong drinks. She answered with a nasty attitude that it was. I come here often and order the same thing and know exactly how it looks and taste. I Always go with mango boba it’s my favorite. My wife tried the coffee it was well balanced and tasted good.
Never been to a it's boba time so rude! I've been getting boba's at many of their locations all over SoCal for so long, but for some reason they couldn't make my drink here the way it's made at every other location. You don't have to be rude or lazy to do your job. Stay away from this

It's okay. Ordered rose matcha latte with boba. It was flavored water.
The orange cream slush taste like vitamins chopped up so gross! I waisted 8$
