When was the last time YOU stopped in to Dunkin Donuts in Rancho Cucamonga,California ? Well I did and im glad I did! Great fresh donuts-had a jelly and a cruellar-great! And its summer,its hot! So whats better on a hot summer day than an iced coffee-and let me tell you this is Dunkin fresh brewed for iced coffee coffee and it was awesome! Something is wrong with management. Employees have been nice, but inexperienced with customer service and I had to educate them. Donuts are delicious but have almost nothing available as day goes on. I actually wonder if donuts are made continously throughout the day. I've gone twice after 6pm to a practically empty display case with like 4 employees standing around....
