"Great steaks. Great place. Great staff. Something has changed. Possibly the head pitmaster. I've eaten here about 30 times or so this is the only time I have ordered a medium and actually got a medium. All other times I have ordered steaks medium I've gotten it rare. So I may have to adjust my ordering preferences. Same great smokey flavor and quality cuts, a little under seasoned for my taste. If it is a new grill master people may need to adjust to his interpretation of blue, rare, medium etc."
