"Did not like my experience at this Boba Location. It was my second time coming here, and I had a bad customer experience. The girl said she was “new” and I was new at buying boba there and she did not help at all, because she did not know the menu either or even helped me out on helping me have an idea on what’s on the menu.Not coming here again and I don’t recommend anyone coming here either. If I come please have well trained employees and patience with new customers that don’t know much about boba. Thank you."

"The location is good and so the ambience. Seating is pretty good and ample. Good selection as well for vegan and vegetarian. That’s said, the taste is really not there. Vegan does not mean bland or simple. Ginger, onion, black salt, and lots more species can make it very good to eat. The food we ordered was bland, on the colder side and with no taste. The person at the counter missed one shake order despite repeating. Plus the order is was very slow. Vegan Shakes were the best among all. Will I come back again, not probably."

"The prime rib was cook perfectly soft, but favor wise I definitely enjoyed the rib eye more. I love the free bread mix with salt lavender butter. I've never had duck fat potatoes but they were delicious. I would definitely recommend the service was excellent."

"Got food poisoned! After eating their Ahi tuna, salmon and shrimp bowl I had stomachache and multiple diarrheas. Unsure how fresh their fish was because they add a ton of condiments etc. Will NOT return and won’t recommend to anyone. Raw fish and desert bad combo."

"My wife and I went here for Valentineâs Day dinner. Service was extremely slow. I ordered and Rib-eye steak and when it came out it was about a half inch thick and cooked medium when I ordered it medium rare. We ordered the Brussels sprouts that had a bacon vinaigrette that was like a vinegar bomb. The burrata and the wedge salad were good. The waiter was very nice."

"The DoorDash driver was nice but he ran late so the food was not at proper temp. The luke warm crab dip wasnt great but the bread was grilled well. The Street Corn was tasty but again, not warm enough due to long delivery time. The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls were soggy. That was truly disappointing. If they were crispy, they wouldve been so much better. The Americana Cheeseburger was good but we didnt need or order the extra French Fries that were delivered. The menu wasnt clear that fries were included. And we didnt receive the Strawberry Lemonade beverage ordered... Bummer. Side Ceasar Salad was fine. All in all it was average food that would be better served fresh at the restaurant rather than via a late delivery. I tipped for promptness. Will be adjusting that tip now."
