Used to order this all the time, but the last two times I ordered it, the pork was completely burnt. Its like they reheated previously cooked pork and left it on the flat top for way too long. Tried to take a bite and the meat was not chewable and so bitter. Pulled the burned pieces out and there was maybe 10% of the pork left, if that. Always on point The Trough serves up delicious sandwiches and breakfast. Big fan of the breakfast burrito and breakfast quesadilla.
Im getting really sick of you guys forgetting to put salsa in the bag, stop leaving out items that belong with our $15 burrito Its getting ridiculous

"Let me start by saying Hanna’s is an excellent restaurant. As such, my review will compare it to other top rated OC restaurants, that like Hanna’s are steak featured, such as: Mastros, Flemings and Capital Grill….There is no hesitancy when comparing the service, all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. ….The quality of the food is also comparable, but Hanna’s selection of steak would be #4 on the list…….If there is a huge disparity it is the physical layout and ambiance. Although, the decor is well done, it’s fair to say Hanna’s is crowded and noisy and lacks the refinement of the other upscale restaurants…..However, If there is any one aspect that keeps this restaurant from achieving the 5th star and being one of the very best is value. I’ll keep steaks alone, although beef Wellington at $75, is almost 50% higher than the same 6oz filet they serve. At the high end is lobster tail at $95. The 1 tacos at $17, is a good example of good food being overcharged….: Hanna’s being “tucked away” near Rancho San Margarita might explain away some of my concerns , but in fairness its more an upscale Grill then mega restaurant. …. Nevertheless if you’re anywhere in the area give it a try."

"I like this place. I come here to study often because of the convenience and I like how study-friendly it is (provides plenty of outlets and a printer). For prices, it's pretty decent. The drinks are OK, not the best but they'll do. I like the Avocado Dreamy and the Thai Tea. Past few times I've come here, the boba has been kind of hard in the middle, so if you can go without it, I'd skip. Also, the food is kind of whatever. The wings have a good flavor but past few times I've come they've been lukewarm. Today, I tried the potato corn dog and it was pretty disappointing. It was smaller than my palm, barely any cheese inside, and burned to a crisp. You're better off going to Mochinut around the corner. However, because I come here often and because I love the workers I can giving it 4 out of 5 stars."
