"I had friends and family meet us at the Colonial Restaurant in Magaliesburg for my daughters second birthday. The owner Katy welcomed us as if we were royalty, the staff were excellent. Situated in the amazing backdrop of mountains and fresh air, we were escorted to our tables setup with the most amazing flowers and decor. The food was of the best quality, the best ingredients, everyone raved : The shelves were full of Chillies and Jams for sale, when we left the shelves were on the empty side. I would recommend everyone to go there, they are simply amazing!"

"What a fantastic experience, the service from all the staff was amazing. Food was delicious, the show was epic and atmosphere made it fun and you participate the whole night. We even had a problem because of the shuttle we hired for the day didn't show. The staff of Greensleeves assisted and helped us get home. A huge thanks to the manager of Greensleeves. "On our way back from Magaliesberg, my partner and I stopped by here to have some craft beer and some lunch. The setting is much like a beerhouse with an indoor, outdoor and upstairs (mainly bar area to sit in. They have a decent selection of craft beer and the food was actually quite tasty!! I enjoyed my steak and my partner loved his chicken schnitzel. the service was good and sitting outside in the sun was lovely. Enjoyed ourselves and may stop by if we are in the area again for another drink ;"

"Lovely place, so peaceful! Good for unwinding because there is no network in most parts of the property, and the WiFi also struggles 90% of the time. Close to hiking trails, well kept swimming pool and good food. Esther, her husband and Arthur were amazing hosts, and we always felt safe."

"Looks can be deceiving, as from the road this does not really looks attractive, once you enter it is a different story. Price point definitely lower than the mainstream franchise restaurants. Food is good, takes a while to come out, but as this venue is aimed at those being there visiting a while, it does not matter. Great place to view sport and they do have a cocktail bar for the ladies. Close enough to use e-hailing, so you can let your gaurd down and have a few drinks and decent food, if you want."
