"Monical's Pizza is an absolute must eat at place when I travel to Central Illinois. The pizza with French dressing is delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Our family always has our get togethers at the Paxton location. The food quality and customer service are the best at this location. Vegetarian options: Salad, breadsticks, vegetarian pizza Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place. Run around in the large back family/ party area. There are dumdum suckers to select from and a $0.75 coin machine for cool bouncy balls. I loved this place as a kid, and it's cool to see my kids love this place now, too."

"Well this place was one of my all time favorites when the original owner Brad and Krista started it I was the very first customer the day before they ever opened for the public I didn't know this and they said come on in and feed me everything onthe menu to say the least the customer service was outstanding. So today I stop buy at 130 pm 2 people in line ahead of me knowbig deal so I stand and wait for my food which is 2 sandwiches 2 side and I'm still standing and waiting 30 minutes I get myfood. I received my food and it's cold tough beef brisket coleslaw was not very good at all I really hope there customerservice goes back to what it was also the food I hate to leave this review but from someone that know how it all started in 1995disappointing is a understatement ????"

"What a gem! Heading back to Chicago from Carbondale and we wanted to stop for a bite but not a fast food chain. Kim the manager was EXCELLENT and her recommendations were spot on. The mozzarella chips were incredible. All of our food was yummy! Kim kept us laughing and it was such a good experience. "Fazolis makes me want to run out in the middle of prospect and get hit by a car. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason! We ordered pizza breadsticks and chicken Alfredo. The breadsticks felt and tasted like eating a kitchensponge. The pizza had a thick layer of grease that absorbed all of the all of the Parmesan cheese. The fettuccine noodles werelike they just came out of the refrigerator! This place is absolutely awful! I will never step foot in this place again. Onlyreason this place gets one star is because the soda was halfway decent!"
