This is a must see while in town! The panoramic view from the top is quite lovely, as you can see the entirety of Rapid City while enjoying a drink or two outdoors. A bit expensive for my taste and budget so I probably would only come for a special occasion, as this was. Nice view and if it were warm enough to dine outside I would have appreciated the ambiance more. There was a vent right beside my seat so I was quite chilly much of the time so that was quite unpleasant. I like the idea and feel it does appeal to many folks but just ok for me.
