Wendy's - Rapid City

What User likes about Wendy's:
I seriously appreciate the employees working, therefore I will not pass judgment on them because of poor quality food Wendy's is serving. The chicken sandwich was truly rubber and the fries were cold. The staff was indeed a welcoming crew and all deserve a thank you for coming to work. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I was disappointed when I looked at the menu and saw that my burger didn't look like what I had ordered, and neither did my wife's. She ordered a number 9 but got a burger that looked like a number 8. I ordered a number 8 and my burger looked nothing like it. The ceiling tiles were also out of place.
