"The food without a doubt is excellent, the scallops and beef tartare starters were some of the best we’ve ever had. The steak and roast and our sides of mash and spinach were delicious. However, the reason we will always remember this particular meal is the staff. Whoever trained them did an excellent job. The young lady who prepared the beef tartare stole our hearts with her dedication to her craft and the sweetest smile all through service. Her colleagues were equally good; attentive, took pride in their work and took excellent care of us. The bill was hefty but the standards were high. "This restaurant has always been my favorite French restaurant in Bangkok. It is a classical fine dining place with a not too formal atmosphere, which I quite prefer. However, I have not been here for a while. Today, I happened to be near the place during lunch, so I decided to go there for their lunch set menu, which is a real bargain. The breads which they offer quite a variety is always good here. My first course today was cold potatoes and leek cream soup with smoked trout and herring cavier which was very light and complex. The main for me today was grilled beef steak with French fries and salads. The sauce tasted good, but the steak was overdone. I ordered medium rare and got a well done steak. I opted for cheese plate rather than dessert, which was good. They were quite generous with the cheese. The service was very cortious, polite and friendly but not too much. The chef owner was there to chat with customers as usual. Overall, I still like this place a lot and will definitely go back, although it will not get 5 stars this time because of the steak."

"Walked past the place and later decided to order delivery. Delicious lasagna and salads, great packaging so it traveled well. Excited to go back in person. Update: We decided to attend their opera night and had a lovely time. The atmosphere and service is wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. This wild boar pasta dish was delightful and we will certainly be ordering again."
