Discovered a new place on one of our many trips through Raton. Colfax Ale Cellar is worth a short trip to the city. Menu has many choices, food comes piping hot full taste. I had the fall and it was delicious. There was only one guy bartending/serving, but he did a great job to take care of the cartridges. View all feedback.

Wow what a find! Downtown Raton is small and quaint with a1950's vibe. The regulars welcomed us with recommendations from the menu. Great craft beer. Good food....
