What User likes about Howard's Cafe:
Service was excellent, waitress was knowledgeable and had good menu recommendations. Our food came out fast and was piping hot. The chicken fried steak had a rich beefy flavor and crispy breading. Our drinks never ran empty and we were offered Togo cups. Bathroom was well lit and smelled clean. They even pre-bussed the table. 10/10. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Howard's Cafe:
Don't order the livers crispy. They were burnt to a crisp and when i sent them back they returned with the same livers, only they had steamed them to soften them up. Lol 17.75$. With a drink and tax. View all feedback.
