I was for a business trip at the posthotel Rattenberg in viechtach and send an email to the hotel asking for a vegan breakfast. they have not disappointed! they generally have a huge breakfast buffet with many delicious German bread and baked goods, fruit, juice and vegetable milk alternatives. especially for me without a price they offered me a basket with vegan broth spreads, vegan milk, yogurt and additional fruit...
